Award Follows Being Named to AdAge’s Digital A-List

BOSTON – April 9, 2008 – Digitas has been named Best Interactive Agency of 2007 by BtoB Magazine in its annual “Agency of the Year”. Winners are selected by the magazine based on overall performance in 2007, including new clients, new campaigns, creative execution, growth of business, services offered and other factors. This award comes on the heels of being named to Advertising Age’s Digital A-List—the top ten best in digital.

The agency experienced a banner growth year in 2007, landing lead brand agency of record on several client brands, driving double digit growth and creating one of the first global digital networks. Through two successful acquisitions in France and China, the agency nearly doubled its office locations extending its footprint across Europe and into Asia. Continuing the strategic development in the international deployment of the Digitas global network, Digitas announced in March the rebrand of Solutions, the India and Singapore-based marketing services arm of Publicis Groupe, as Solutions | Digitas.

Digitas also addressed key industry concerns in 2007, launching Prodigious Worldwide, a scalable digital production company that leverages off shore resources—the only one of its kind in the industry, and The Global Navigator, a proprietary application that combines visuals with real-time reporting on creative campaign performance.

In addition, realizing the importance of digital to physicians and patients, and the industry broadly, Digitas Health was launched, uniting Medical Broadcasting Company (MBC) with the existing healthcare practice of Digitas. Capitalizing on its combined strengths-brand credibility, geographic scale, strong client relationships and shared infrastructure-Digitas Health seized big opportunities with new and existing clients in 2007, nearly doubling its revenue since 2005.
