As COO, Jim is responsible for the agency's complete investment planning, resourcing and operating activities. In addition, Jim manages meaningful senior relationships with clients General Motors and American Express.

Prior to joining Digitas in 2001, Jim was executive vice president, director of Business Strategy at Wunderman Cato Johnson, Young & Rubicam's direct marketing division. There, he led client relationships with Citigroup, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Sony, in addition to overseeing new business development and agency financial management.

Jim holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College, and a Masters of Management from Northwestern's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he earned concentrations in Marketing, Strategy and Operations.
