At Digitas the Client Services team build relationships with clients, partners and colleagues to deliver great work.  To do that we focus on four C’s:

  • Clients – we understand our clients, their business and their customers, inspiring our teams to deliver work that makes a difference

Who we’re looking for

 

One of our most valued clients is Sky, we’ve been an incumbent agency for them for almost 20 years. They’re massively important to us – as we are to them. Our 20 plus account team are truly an extension of their business.

 

We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager with at least 4 years’ industry experience and a twinkle in their eye to join our merry band. You’ll be genuinely passionate about entertainment and already have experience working with a big entertainment and telecommunications brand.

 

A savvy practitioner in the world of customer comms marketing, you’re probably chomping at the bit to put your skills to the test on the UK’s biggest marketer. You’ll have managed direct marketing campaigns from brief to delivery and be an expert in TV, Digital and Press but also have proven experience working across multiple channels. You are confident in developing strong client relationships and working with personnel at senior levels.

 

You present with a clarity of thought and gusto, and have the ability to get along well with people of all types. People like to work with you.

 

And most of all, you’re passionate about creating opportunities for people to produce beautiful creative that makes a meaningful impact for our clients.

Digitas London is located in exciting East London, at the Old Truman Brewery on Brick Lane. We are a fun team and we love what we do. On Thursdays we host The Truman Sessions with a new guest speaker every week.  On Friday nights, you’ll find us in our very own agency bar - The Lion and The Unicorn.

 

The Sky account is an opportunity to work on biggest marketing brand in the UK.  Not many accounts can offer the same type of exposure, allowing you to craft your expertise in multiple channels like we can.

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Administration – ensure all processes are followed accurately and on time
  • Run projects and manage a team– effectively delegate and take ownership of projects 
  • Deliver exceptional client service – going above and beyond for clients 
  • Develop strong client relationships – Not just attending meetings, being their ‘go-to’ person
  • Collaborate – with Creative, Traffic, Artwork Studio and Production to ensure best results
  • Interrogate briefs – in consultation with the SAM and AD to determine the best solution
  • Brief – all relevant parties within the agency clearly and succinctly
  • Actively, and proactively contribute – in meetings and presentations
  • Manage resource – book resource, and be aware of project spend at all times, ensuring original objectives are adhered to
  • Review and guide creative – ensuring it answers the brief and meets client expectations
  • Finance –proactively seek revenue opportunities, contribute to account revenue targets

 

Experience Guidelines:

 

  • Minimum agency experience: 2+ years 
  • Marketing expertise:  Working in a comms environment
  • Proven experience using finance systems: Paprika or SAP (both preferred)   
  • Relationships: Proven history of success in a client facing-role with accountability

 

Education:

  • Degree qualified
