We used authentic storytelling in this TV spot as part of the Every day, care ® campaign to reinvent Whirlpool ® as a meaningful and impactful brand.

In a sea of cold metal and feature wars, we told the story of a single dad to demonstrate Whirlpool’s brand belief that every act of care we give helps the people we love become people who love.  

We showed chores for what they are: acts of love. “Dad & Andy” features a single dad doing his best to care for his son. It’s not always easy or fun. Mistakes get made. But those chores have a measurable impact on the ones we love and the world we live in.

This story resonated with people from all walks of life, and changed the way people think about the Whirlpool brand.

Preference went up by 5.2% and purchase intent increased by 6.9%.  The spot started conversations in AdWeek, AdAge, Huffington Post, USA Today, the New York Times and more.
