Production Designer


We are looking for a PowerPoint whizz to join our team to design exciting, fresh long-format documents, presentations and other bespoke agency materials. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally skilled in these areas and who can help take our output to the next level. This person will also need to be confident using the more traditional Design packages; InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.


What you’ll do

  • Working within the New Business team to create all branded assets and presentations to a high standard
  • Working with the Marketing team to create bespoke agency materials for both public facing engagement and internal communications
  • Creating images, charts and infographics that more effectively communicate key messages and which can be incorporated into presentations
  • Creating intelligent ideas-led design solutions for bespoke long format documents, presentations and corporate materials
  • Acting as a consultant to the rest of the agency to give advice and direction for all things relating to the design of agency presentations
  • Supporting in pitch meetings to create collateral which communicates the work and agency capabilities in the best possible way
  • Participating in brainstorms around pitches, client meetings and internal communications


What you’ll need

  • Demonstrable design skills and design background
  • Have an exceptional knowledge of PowerPoint, with the ability to design and build master templates, use clever animation, create complex charts and design creative layouts
  • Have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Have the ability to source and design your own imagery, graphics and icons with experience of creating infographics from facts and figures
  • Have strong prioritisation skills and the ability to move quickly between projects and brands and be comfortable working unsupervised
  • Be up to date with the latest presentation technology
  • Have excellent written and communications skills, and being comfortable dealing with all levels of seniority
