Affiliates Account Manager

The Affiliate Account Manager will be helping to lead and shape the Digitas affiliate marketing strategy.  Responsible for managing client KPIs and driving strategic growth., and ownership of key partnerships with affiliate networks and publishers.

Day to day the role will involve:

  • Working with SAM / Media Director to manage a portfolio of affiliate marketing clients
  • Overseeing the account management for a portfolio of clients
  • Executing campaign strategies for a portfolio of clients
  • Managing the communication and deliverables for all clients, networks and affiliates
  • Overseeing the delivery of accurate reports and analysis to clients to demonstrate effective ROI
  • Accountability for optimising programs by coordinating and managing activities with networks and affiliates
  • Accountability for delivery of financing requirements for portfolio clients (booking, planning, executing and processing invoices via Prisma)

Responsibilities and outcomes, areas of accountability

  • Monitoring affiliate programs to ensure terms and conditions are being followed
  • Preparing and delivering regular presentations/documents for client meetings/reviews
  • Submitting weekly account update report to client lead
  • Reviewing client campaigns, profitability and any opportunities for development or barriers on a daily basis
  • Monitoring, addressing and/or escalating any client issues
  • Assisting the finance department by compiling regular revenue reports for client campaigns

QUALIFIKATIONEN

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have an advanced understanding of affiliate marketing
  • Ability to manage client, network and affiliate relationships
  • Proven track record of strategic management of affiliate programs
  • Understanding of core elements of affiliate and general digital marketing
  • Experience working in an Affiliate Manager role
  • Desirable: Experience within the travel sector

Must be able to evidence the following:

  • Organisational skills and being able to demonstrate effective time management
  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • Analytical and presentation skills are key
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • High levels of client retention and satisfaction
  • Regular communication with affiliates
  • Understanding and growth towards achieving client KPI’s
  • Advanced affiliate marketing and industry knowledge, tools and techniques
  • Basic knowledge of other areas of digital marketing
