  • Understanding the technical context (external systems, legacy components and pre-selected technologies) within which solutions must fit, and managing client requirements that are incompatible with this context
  • Conducting requirements analysis, including identifying relevant systems (components, dependencies, architecture, constraints), creating data maps (sources, flows, constraints), and creating summary documentation.
  • Managing stakeholders by confidently gathering, challenging and honing requirements
  • Leading workshops with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and/or working sessions
  • Negotiating and reviewing priorities, scope, and detail with stakeholders, ensuring technical and business alignment

  • Worked as part of a successful digital marketing technology delivery team
  • Analysed system and technical architectures
  • Conducted stakeholder interviews and facilitated workshops
  • Honed requirements and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Managed the prioritisation and phasing of project requirements
  • Lead decision making where multiple solution options are to be considered, assessing them for both technical and business suitability
