CMS Support Analyst

You will be working in a small team of content support analysts in the provision of contracted services, under SLA, to Digitas clients.

The role is a senior position within the team and you will be expected to be a technical authority in your area of expertise and provide guidance to less experienced members of the team.

Another key aspect of this role is to understand client requirements with regard to the onboarding of new short-term client projects and to work with delivery managers and client directors in the scoping of new service engagements.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

Essential

  • Extensive content editor experience, preferably in an enterprise environment
  • Strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) background
  • Exceptional soft skills including:
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Able to work under pressure and hit exacting client deadlines
  • Strong follow-through orientation
  • Self-starter and self-learner
  • Ability to motivate others
  • An inquisitive and curious mindset
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
  • Respond to client briefs and advise on the best use of resources.
  • Maintain and, where appropriate, enhance quality of content deliverables, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence as service/project tracking tools
