Overview

We are looking for a Recruiting Lead for our growing business in the Nordics region, servicing our locations in Stockholm, Malmö, Copenhagen and Gothenburg. This is a full-time position based in our Gothenburg office and is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our permanent roles across a wide range of Digital Business Transformation and Consulting skillsets. Responsible for positioning our employer brand in the region, you will be our “thought leader” on recruiting strategy. You will be embedded in a local HR team and will report into the wider EMEA Hiring team. You will receive support from a group of international Talent Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators who schedule and run the interviews and hiring days.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Having an in-depth understanding of our business and clients is key to the success of our recruiting function. In your role as the Recruiting lead for the region, you should expect to have a close connection to our strategy, leadership and the work we are doing. This will serve as a key input to how we define recruitment.

Stakeholder Management

  • Working with our leadership, Workforce Planning and Finance teams to define recruitment priorities for the region
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates and strategically advise on a relevant hiring plan
  • Support hiring managers and interviewers through the hiring process, facilitate debriefs and enable fair and structured decision making

Sourcing and Selection

  • Build and grow a network of Digital Business Transformation professionals in the Nordics region
  • Leverage advanced sourcing strategies and CRM techniques to find, attract and engage top talent
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to summarise candidate’s capabilities, aspirations and drivers

Candidate Experience 

  • Create an exceptional experience along the entire candidate journey in partnership with other functions such as HR
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the candidate journey right through to final negotiations and on boarding

Market Insights and Reporting

  • Bring insights on the Nordics talent market and best practices to the leadership team
  • Share meaningful weekly and quarterly reports on progress and initiatives
  • Maintain data cleanliness on all systems to enable clean and accurate reports

Employer Branding 

  • Showcase the employer brand on various platforms such as LinkedIn, company social media channels, regional platforms and events
  • Actively drive the internal and external referral programme to generate a network of high quality talent
  • Work with the business to drive relevant media to the mark

Special projects and initiatives

  • Drive recruitment initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusion, Junior Talent and Interviewer Training
  • Attend networking events, seminars, power breakfasts, to develop our presence on the ground

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of proven end-to-end recruitment experience (ideally in-house) in the Nordics region  
  • Experience in recruitment within/for companies leading in Digital Business Transformation, Consulting and Technology
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building and collaboration
  • Knowledge, insight and data driven approach to recruitment
  • Have experience of owning the 360 degree “recruitment agenda”
  • Fluency in English a must, Danish is a nice to have
