Account Manager


We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for the day to day management for all campaigns and the day to day contact for one or more clients.

This account entails mainly adaptation of global and hub creative assets; origination of creative ideas/assets is minimal.


  • Daily client contact and relationship building

  • Attend weekly WIP with clients and media agency, following up with contact report within 24hours

  • Prepare clear and concise briefs to creative team on campaign requirements

  • Strong assessment of visual layout and copywriting

  • Ability to manage more than 1 campaign launch simultaneously. Each campaign will have 20-40 deliverables

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders (i) AMQ as media agency for submission and specifications (ii) Mango Media for 3rd party production for OOH (iii) Adaptation Hub (Prodigious) for FA, color proofing and printing (iv) Publicis Emil Global & Hub team for weekly updates and other supports (v) Other media owners when necessary

  • Close monitoring of the finance tracker and timelines and ensuring that all parties are kept informed of the progress of the project

  • Market checks to better understand client’s business and reports to agency team

  • Other general administration duties (eg. raise POs, invoicing etc)


  • Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or Diploma. A degree in advertising or marketing is not a prerequisite

  • 3-5 years of agency advertising experience in account management role

  • Previous automotive experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Team player and independent

  • Articulate & strong written language skills

  • Outgoing and good at building relationships

  • Highly organised with a strong eye for detail, process oriented

  • Works well under pressure

  • Reliable, positive and enthusiastic

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external

  • Strong initiative to get work started ahead of time and not leaving to the last minute

  • Have working knowledge of production processes for print and digital

  • Comfortable with detailed budget and financial reporting
