And it had to be built in 6 months to coincide with the company’s long-awaited IPO date.
Using an agile approach and a lean creative team, we designed, built and launched the app on time and within budget.
With fewer steps, improved messaging, integration with Apple Health, multiple payment options, and more intentional design, the app made virtual doctor visits better than the real thing.
Customer service improved. The new experience has 66% fewer steps in registration, making the patient path to see a doctor quicker and easier than ever.
Today, the app can be found in almost every state and maintains a 95%-member satisfaction rating.
