LONDON - Lost Boys, the social and content agency, is set to integrate into its parent company, DigitasLBi, the global marketing and technology agency. The decision comes two years after the launch of the shop, during which time it has doubled in size, picked up more than ten clients and won a raft of creative awards.
The move reflects DigitasLBi’s strategy to expand the scale of its delivery of social and content as part of its integrated, data-driven offering. The integration is also in line with the ambitions of parent company Publicis Groupe, which is moving towards a de-siloed ‘Power of One’ model enabling clients to access the right skills and expertise from their agencies in a simple and seamless way.
The current Lost Boys team will continue to work within DigitasLBi. CEO Jonathan Akwue will remain part of DigitasLBi’s UK Exec team, driving forward the delivery of best-in-class connected content solutions in the UK and internationally, while Managing Director Liza Durge will take on leadership of key international accounts.
Existing Lost Boys clients will now have access to DigitasLBi’s full suite of services, with the transition taking place over the next month.
