Digital Transformation


We created a fully connected digital experience for Star guests that led to a sharp increase in website bookings and revenue.

Following a multi-billion-dollar property transformation, The Star Entertainment Group identified a new opportunity to create a digitally connected guest experience. 

Leading the group’s digital business transformation, we created a new website, mobile experience and an onboarding journey for The Star Loyalty Program. 

Furthermore, we introduced a new personalisation program and on-premise experience, which resulted in a reduction of kiosk queue time for guests.  

Work to date has resulted in a 27% uplift in website bookings and $2.6 million additional revenue for The Star.
