Manager, Social Commerce
We re looking for an outstanding Manager, Social Commerce, to support the day-to-day execution and performance of social commerce programs, primarily across TikTok Shop, for key client accounts. This role is responsible for helping bring social commerce strategies to life through hands-on platform management, program execution, reporting, and operational support. You will partner closely with Social Commerce leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are launched efficiently, optimized against performance goals, and delivered successfully.

As Manager, Social Commerce, you ll help clients navigate the evolving social commerce landscape by supporting campaign activation, managing operational workstreams, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve program effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to build expertise within the creator commerce and social commerce ecosystem
Day to day your role includes:
Supporting the execution of social commerce programs across platforms, helping drive performance across content, creators, and commerce initiatives
Assisting with day-to-day management of assigned social commerce accounts and projects
Supporting cross-functional execution across internal teams (social strategy, creator, analytics, paid social, commerce operations, etc.) to ensure successful program delivery
Working directly within TikTok Shop Seller Center, Affiliate Center, Creator Marketplace, and related platform tools to support campaign activation and ongoing management
Assisting with shop operations including product setup, assortment management, promotion configuration, merchandising updates, and troubleshooting
Monitoring campaign, creator, and shop performance and surfacing insights and optimization opportunities to account leads
Building client-facing presentations, reporting recaps, competitive analyses, and performance summaries
Supporting promotional planning, campaign launches, tentpole moments, and platform activations
Collaborating with the social strategy team to monitor platform trends, creator activity, and emerging commerce capabilities
Partnering closely with internal teams, platform representatives, and external partners to support successful execution of programs
Helping build and maintain operational workflows, trackers, and best practices across social commerce programs
Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced, highly collaborative agency environment
Supporting TikTok Shop launches, onboarding activities, and platform setup requirements
Collaborating with the data & analytics team to track key performance metrics (engagement, conversion, sales impact) and support reporting efforts
Executing ad hoc platform research, performance analysis, and operational requests as the social commerce landscape continues to evolve
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or related fields
Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop programs, including Seller Center, affiliate programs, creator partnerships, shop operations, and performance optimization
Experience using commerce and marketplace intelligence tools such as FastMoss, Euka, Creator Marketplace, or similar platforms
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Exceptional presentation development, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to build clear, client-ready decks and performance recaps
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for social commerce, the creator economy, and emerging platform innovations
Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, external partners, and clients while maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Self-starter with a willingness to learn, grow, and deepen expertise within the evolving social commerce landscape

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $116,655.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
