Mindset

You are a strategist who likes making things happen. You can think at altitude but are equally comfortable getting into a brief, shaping the work and helping a team get to a better answer.

You are curious about audiences, culture, content and how people s behaviors are changing. You bring a point of view, collaborate easily across disciplines and are energized by building new capabilities while delivering great work today.

Above all, you believe great content starts with understanding what people need and what a brand can genuinely add - and turning that into work that earns attention, provides value and drives the business forward.
