And keeping things simple, organized and clear – even in the most complex situations – so that we can make great work. To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding Sr. Associate – someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire junior staff and skillfully juggle multiple pieces of business. What you’ll do:

Project work:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring flawless execution
  • Day-to-day client contact for both site and campaign projects
  • Interpret the upfront strategy of a program and collaborate with internal team to develop tactical plans
  • Adjust level of detail in communications for different audiences (internal vs. client, junior vs. senior)
  • Set priorities to drive day-to-day execution of projects, raise risk internally as needed to stay on track, ensure on-time delivery and adherence to process
  • Create project timelines with input from cross-capability team (Note: We have timelines to work off of – And any large, complex new project would have a more senior PM own the creation of the schedule)
  • Manage weekly changes to XD/Creative allocations
  • Clarify and prioritize internal and client feedback to ensure deadlines are met
  • Lead QA of creative deliverables (copy decks, creative comps, etc.) prior to Technology build
  • Lead the Technology team through the execution phase of projects (Content Publishing, Business Analysts, Tech leads, etc.)
  • Participate in QA of site work during Tech development process and post-release

Support the Account and Project Management team:

  • Provide executional support for cross-channel and large-scale initiatives
  • Use outgoing personality and go-getter attitude to build strong cross-capability partnerships
  • Manage client and internal expectations around schedules, feedback, and next steps to drive projects forward
  • Learn the client's brand, process, and marketing ecosystem
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and marketing landscape analysis and articulate insights internally and externally

Work type:

  • This current role is a mix of both, but skews toward site work across a variety of projects. We rotate within the team and ensure these individuals gain experience across all of our channels and programs
  • Primary site is the client’s global corporate website; secondary sites are other client properties as well as partner brands for campaign work
  • Involvement with managing site content maintenance with internal team and clients
  • Support thought leadership initiatives with internal team. Identify opportunities to improve our work, team processes, etc.

We’re looking for a talented Sr. Associate with strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • 3+ years experience
  • Preferably experience working at a digitally-focused agency
  • Visibly built-up Account and Project Management skill set
  • Driven to partner with clients, think critically, share opinions, and manage level-appropriate projects start to finish – From kickoff to build and launch
  • Thrives with a consistent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Interest in Technology-focused accounts
  • Driven to be a team player – Willingness to dig in and be a collaborator, with a desire to never stop learning or growing
  • Flexible and open to change – With strong communication skills to share changed plans in an effective and timely manner
