The Audience, Analytics and Insights (AAI) Team is a unique end-to-end cross-capability data team that ensures we are putting data at the heart of everything we do for Samsung. Our insights specialists blend quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and storytelling to creatively communicate a unique a view of our consumers and competitive opportunities to our strategists and media planners. Our audience and data strategists ensure the ability to action our strategic recommendations in digital whilst building valuable data assets and integrations so we can reach consumers on the right channel at the right time. Lastly, our analytics and data scientists ensure we are measuring and optimising the metrics that matter whilst driving a meaningful test and learn agenda.

What you’ll do in this role:
As Manager of Audience and Data Strategy, you will be tasked with helping Samsung UK improve their use of data in marketing activities across the consumer journey. You will work alongside an Associate Director and a globally distributed team of experts in understanding client objectives, creatively solving for data solutions, building and delivering data capabilities. Your expertise activating audiences, mapping consumer journeys, integrating marketing technology solutions, and using DMPs / DSPs will make you a key member of this team. You will build relationships with clients, earning their trust with your consistent delivery and creative thinking.
As part of the Audience and Data Strategy workstream, you will work alongside a globally distributed team of DMP experts, focused on capturing data and creating audiences for Samsung UK. This is a collaborative role working alongside the media strategist and planners to identify ways to better deliver media based on insightful data analysis. You will be expected to establish relationship with client managers, delivering value by delivering data capabilities and offerings for activation across media channels.
