(m)PHASIZE is looking for future dynamic thought leaders in the field of marketing analytics and predictive modeling. Our analysts work closely with Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents on all aspects of analytics work, from data collection and processing, hypothesis testing and model development, programming and model construction, and model interpretation.

Position Accountabilities

  • Manage the entire data life cycle (acquisition, ETL and reporting).
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our suite of data integration & analytics tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive success for client’s business goals
  • Standardize and automate analytic process to gain efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • 1+ years of SQL experience.  Solid understanding of standard ETL processes, relational databases, and SQL queries.
  • 1+ years of programming experience.  MS Visual Studio development is preferred.

Experience & Education Requirements

  • Recent graduate or 1 year of data engineering experience with proven track record in data movement and management principles.
  • MIS, Data Analytics, CS degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in business and marketing/advertising data.
