Overview
As a Senior Social Strategist working across multiple projects, you’ll live at the intersection of social, culture, content, and creator. Success in this role will hinge on careful guidance of the social landscape, energetic communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners, and a strong background in strategic storytelling and research.

Job Responsibilities
Day-to-day, your role includes:
- Developing smart social and content strategies for clients
- Sourcing, planning and executing social and content programs
- Helping create and execute influencer and creator strategies
- Performing social listening tasks and using trends to drive briefs
- Developing thought leadership pieces and other editorial material
- Keeping a firm pulse on culture and infusing it with the client’s overall mission
- Assisting with the collection and analysis of social performance metrics
- Supporting social commerce strategy and activation
Qualifications
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
- 4 to 6 years of social marketing and strategy experience working either agency or in-house
- A strong understanding of both organic and paid social platforms, content and creative development, creator and influencer, and social analytics
- Experience building social playbooks, platform strategies, content briefs, influencer briefs, social analytics reports, etc.
- Obsessed with social and cultural trends and an understanding of how to translate what you see in your social feed into a compelling insight
- Excellent research and deck-writing skills—and the ability to create smart content quickly
- The ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners
- A nose for new technology and the intersection of social and emergent tech like AI
- An ear for consumer insights—you get what makes people tick
- The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and operating amidst ambiguity
- Willingness to travel—you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas

Compensation Range: $81,225 - $129,987 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
