Department Summary

Delivery Management manages projects from kick-off to delivery on time, on budget, and on brief. Delivery Management is everyone’s go to place for the project. Clients and internal team members rely on you for everything they need to know about a project: what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be. You will have a fascination about all things digital. You want to know how things work and you are always on the look-out for new tools, services and ways of doing things.

Being a good Campaign Manager requires a diverse mix of skills and experience. And to be effective you need to be more than just organised and a good communicator. The ability to own the role, keeping calm, being able to let go, not assume too much, being approachable and having a passion for creative Digital work are all things that when combined together make for an awesome Campaign Manager. Oh, and it helps to have a sense of humour too!

Role Summary

As a hybrid (Client Service/Producer) role within the CRM team the Campaign Manager will be the primary day-to-day Client contact for digital comms briefs (Email, Social etc). Managing the delivery of projects from Client Briefing through to delivery of final assets to internal or external third parties. Responsible for the project timeline and financials. Managing the test and learn phases of a campaign and capable of making recommendations on how creative and technology can be enhanced to further the campaigns effectiveness.


  • Client facing day to day contact on digital comms work, including joining or owning status calls, documentation and meetings (where appropriate)
  • Establishing a relationship based on trust with your Clients
  • Plan, estimate, brief and tracking (financials & status) of projects.
  • Owning relationships with the third party deployment agencies we work with, keeping them informed on upcoming projects, briefing them, and QA testing.
  • Weekly finance status check ins with wider team – this will be on a project level and as an account overview as a whole
  • Daily and weekly resource planning
  • Ensuring projects are run efficiently and finding the best way to achieve this.
  • Managing the Creative process and ensuring all work is delivered to the highest stands

  • Timely reporting of project problems and issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding the strategy for each Client, and ensuring all work aligns to this
  • Gaining a good level of understanding of each of the markets your Clients operate within and being able to demonstrate this knowledge in the briefs.
  • Owning testing and optimisation plans, sharing results

Skills & Experience


  • Extensive experience as a Campaign Manager/Client facing Project Manager/hands-on Account Management
  • Experience in a managing high speed projects in a Digital Creative agency or in-house Creative operation
  • Extensive experience in the production of HTML emails, landing pages and Social media and programmatic campaigns
  • Excellent financial acumen
  • Experience developing project plans using MS Project/Merlin
  • Proven track record in Data focused Digital Marketing Campaigns.
  • Well versed in email deployment system, Eloqua, Salesforce etc
  • Ability to turn requirements into a viable project plan and marshal resources required to deliver
  • A team player who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get involved
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Self-starter and self-learner


  • 3-4 years’ experience
  • Ideally degree educated – subject non-specific
  • Experience in Direct Mail campaigns
  • GDPR literate
  • Experience with Social Media/Programmatic campaigns and asset building
