Overview

Publicis Media Luxe’s competitive intelligence and strategic insights team delivers cross-sector competitive reporting, market intelligence, social listening, trend analysis, and strategic consulting.

We re looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive Senior Analyst to join our team. This role centers on understanding the competitive landscape: who is investing, where competitors are activating, what trends are emerging, and what opportunities exist for our brands to win in market.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex business questions, connecting information across multiple data sources, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover competitive trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Develop competitive intelligence deliverables across luxury categories including fashion, beauty, jewelry, watches, and spirits.
  • Conduct competitive analyses using a combination of quantitative data, social listening, market intelligence, and industry research.
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources and translate findings into executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with strategy, media, analytics, and client teams to answer business questions and support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain recurring reports, intelligence products, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in analytics, competitive intelligence, consumer insights, strategy, social listening, or a related field.
  • Bachelor s degree required.
  • Passion for marketing, media, consumer behavior, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience communicating findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation, and QA processes.
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualization tools.
  • Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, executive-ready narratives.
  • Ability to connect data to business implications and actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with competitive intelligence, social listening, and media intelligence tools such as MediaRadar, Pulsar, Vivvix, Pathmatics, or similar platforms (such as Nielsen’s Ad Intel, Mensio or Media Monitors).
  • Experience developing client-facing presentations and strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot for research, synthesis, and productivity.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $112,554.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
