Overview
We’re seeking a visionary Vice President, Group Director of Strategy to lead the AI-powered future of CPG marketing. This role sits at the nexus of brand strategy, emerging technology, and AI, guiding Fortune 100 clients through the next era of content intelligence, consumer engagement, and digital commerce. A systems thinker with the instincts of a brand strategist, the rigor of an operator, and the curiosity of a technologist—someone who wants to shape the blueprint for how global CPG brands win in the AI era.
Job Responsibilities
• Define the strategic vision and operating model for AI-enabled brand and commerce
transformation across global CPG brands.
• Translate complex AI capabilities (GenAI, RAG, fine-tuning, model governance, testing, and data pipelines) into clear, actionable frameworks for CMOs, global brand teams, and cross-agency partners.
• Shape and govern end-to-end content systems, ensuring brand equity, trademark fidelity, and performance signals are consistently embedded in AI workflows.
• Partner with technology, product development, data science, creative, and media to build
integrated roadmaps that align platform capabilities, consumer behavior, and business
objectives.
• Lead strategic storytelling—crafting narratives, POVs, and frameworks that drive executive
alignment and accelerate adoption of AI across regions and markets.
• Identify and unlock value pools across speed-to-market, cost eUiciency, operational design, and performance lift.
• Serve as senior advisor to C-suite and global stakeholders, translating AI disruption into practical growth opportunities.
Qualifications
• 10+ years operating at VP level within strategy, brand leadership, digital transformation, or
innovation roles.
• 2+ years of deep AI experience, including hands-on strategy around GenAI platforms, data integration, governance, and cross-functional activation.
• Proven ability to guide large, matrixed organizations (clients + agencies + technology partners) through high-complexity change.
• Expertise in CPG behavior, retail ecosystems, digital commerce, and omnichannel brand
expression.
• A strong POV on the future of AI-driven marketing, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across competing priorities.
• Exceptional storytelling, system thinking, and executive presence.

Compensation Range: $156,560 - $246,330 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
