Account Manager


Responsible for the day to day management of clients, building happy, strong, honest, and profitable client relationships. You will manage projects from kick-off to delivery on time, on budget, and on brief.  Specifically, you will take responsibility for client satisfaction, quality of service and making sure that all the work we do for our clients is delivered on time and on budget.

This specific Account Manager role will be working on one of our largest, fastest growing and most fascinating clients –a market leader of global fin-tech

Digitas is their lead creative and strategy agency, responsible for the full digital marketing ecosystem; from connected experience strategy, marketing operations, campaigns, creative, web design all the way through to data strategy.

This role is a great opportunity to lead the delivery of end-to-end digital campaigns across social, display, web, and CRM. You will be gaining real responsibility and ownership of your campaigns with support and guidance from your line manager the Account Director.

You will work with the team to shape, scope and deliver fast-paced, dynamic campaign projects, collaborating with a range of Digitas disciplines. You’ll be present and active in briefings, client, and agency meetings – organising agendas, capturing actions, and ensuring they are followed through. You will tenaciously stay on top of project plans and status, communicating clearly and regularly both internally and with clients.


  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing at an Account Manager level, including managing digital creative campaigns and getting involved in campaign strategy
  • Proven ability in developing trusted client relationships
  • The ability to manage a campaign, ensuring that it is delivered on time and to budget
  • You have an ability to think ahead, spotting problems before they occur, and anticipate your clients’ reactions and comments – keeping us one step ahead

  • Accurate weekly reporting of projected revenues.  Manage profitability against targets
  • Work hand in hand with Project Managers with updates to project plan and ensuring timely delivery


  • Appreciation of data and how insight can be used to help drive our clients’ businesses
  • Experience in B2B marketing would be ideal, but not essential
  • Passion and curiosity for technology and digital payments/eCommerce
