Overview
You will be the social lead for a global beauty and wellness brand, overseeing the social media presence, content and influencer partnerships across 3 product brands. You’ll work closely with the social team, media team and identified influencer agency partners to ensure alignment to an overall social strategy and effective implementation on a day-to-day basis. In addition, you will be tasked with building the relationship with key clients, establishing our strategic and operational value to the client.
Qualifications
• 6-8 years of social media marketing experience, influencer management experience will be a bonus.
• A strong understanding of social-first content principles
• A platform expert, with demonstrated experience in leading Instagram and TikTok channels
• Superb experience leading creative thinking in the digital space: content, media, social and activation
• The ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners
• A nose for new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture
• An ear for consumer insights—you get what makes people tick
• The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning
• A strong, up-to-date point of view on digital media, social channels and content platforms and up and coming partners, practices and initiatives
• Poise and eloquence—when you speak with clients, they listen
