Creative Team - Customer Experience


Our Creative Department is the beating heart of our agency – made up of truly talented designers, creatives and all-round big thinking, hands on talent. Not to mention a strong desire to create truly memorable Digital Experiences using our wide range of skill sets and backgrounds.


We’re currently on the lookout for a midweight Creative Team, who truly care about the importance of each stage of the creative process, and are able to concept and execute award-winning customer engagement campaigns, for some of our most exciting clients such as Lexus, Nestle and Samsung. This is an unmissable opportunity for any Creative Team who pride themselves on the quality of the work, and possesses a genuine passion for working across a wide range of integrated projects, as well as a love for digital, social and direct mail outputs.



  • We’re looking for a skill-set that spans across ideation and deep conceptual thinking, and a confident ability to collaborate closely with our design and production teams, to achieve our end goal of executing outstanding work
  • You will be thrown in to a range of exciting challenges and will be expected to embrace new technologies
  • You’ll be expected to work with start-ups, and collaborate with partner agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and Leo Burnett
  • Big thinking and ideation will become second nature to you, as you work across a wide selection of really exciting projects
  • You will be confident seeing ideas through to execution, and will use your knowledge of rolling out ideas across a selection of platforms including; TV, Out of Home, Digital, Direct Mail and social, to fully execute your ideas
  • You’ll be able to confidently and clearly visualise your ideas with scamps, script writing and mood boards, and confidently articulate your concepts


Skills and Experience:

  • Conceptual thinking, and pushing boundaries with new ideas will come as second nature to you – you’ll possess a love for the craft in the ideation process, and will always strive on for your best idea
  • You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working at top creative agencies
  • You will have a portfolio brimming with high quality work, across digital and direct channels, presented in a clean and concise way, which demonstrates your years of experience, and love for your work
  • You will have an overall love for digital, and one to one communication – as well as creative work driven by data and the emerging world of technology as well as new emerging trends
  • You will present your ideas in a confident and clear manner, and your passion and ability to tell a story will shine through in each example of your work
  • You’ll be able to use your prior agency experience and ability to collaborate with others, and fully throw yourself in to any project you work on
  • Above all – we’re looking for ambitious talent, who want to create award winning, ground breaking ideas, and execute all work to a very high and well-crafted standard



  • Experience working with clients in the automotive, FMCG, Financial Service sectors would be a bonus
  • Previous experience working closely with partner agencies
  • ATL experience
  • Hands-on Skill, e.g. design, animation, photography
