In this role, you’ll take ownership of media leadership—guiding the vision, strategy, and execution across all media channels. You’ll collaborate closely with client partners and internal teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive business growth and connect with consumers in meaningful ways.

  • Lead a core team responsible for strategic initiatives on a top retail brand
  • Articulate departmental and customer segmentation and Media tactics
  • Oversee development of program strategies across different teams
  • Assume a lead role on core client teams and new business opportunities
  • Maintain senior level relationship with publishers and clients
  • Engage in public relations within the Media field
  • Represent the agency within industry organizations
  • Support relevant training sessions
  • Establish long-term trust with clients

Qualifications

  • Four year degree (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 6-12 years of Advertising and Marketing industry experience. 
  • Experience with retail business strongly preferred
  • 3 years of staff management and team leadership
  • Deep understanding of core media planning principles (e.g. audience segmentation, reach and frequency, media mix modeling, etc.)
  • Expert level strategy development across channels - Linear TV, Streaming, Digital Video, Audio, Social, Display, Content. Upfront, OOH, Experiential, and Programmatic a plus
  • Proven leadership ability and previous client relationship experience
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MRI, and CMR
  • Track record of successful problem-solving skills
  • Superior interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $149,340 - $239,148. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
