NS is the leading railway company of The Netherlands, transporting over 600.000 people who between them travel over 1.1 million times a day. As their strategic partner for over 10 years, we continually assist them in optimizing their online services. Recently the complete website has been redesigned, including the door-to-door travel planner, real-time travel information, inspirational content and much more.
We set out to strengthen the online presence of NS. Not just by creating a website, but by creating a way for NS to service their customers on all possible levels. By using personalisation and smart data we provided them with an online concept where real-time and accurate information coincides seamlessly with stress-free travel planning.
