NS is the leading railway company of The Netherlands, transporting over 600.000 people who between them travel over 1.1 million times a day. As their strategic partner for over 10 years, we continually assist them in optimizing their online services. Recently the complete website has been redesigned, including the door-to-door travel planner, real-time travel information, inspirational content and much more.
Our Idea
We set out to strengthen the online presence of NS. Not just by creating a website, but by creating a way for NS to service their customers on all possible levels. By using personalisation and smart data we provided them with an online concept where real-time and accurate information coincides seamlessly with stress-free travel planning. NS understands that their services have to extend and fit into their online realm. We are proud to continuously help them with that.
The results
Since its deployment, there has been a definite rise in customer satisfaction. The travel planner is well received and highly appreciated.
