 The Experience Consulting proposition at Digitas is a tight team that has been setup to help clients identify commercial opportunities, define the required experiences and enable the changes within client organisation that bring it to life for customers. We achieve this by working closely across the other three propositions (Product & Platforms, Customer Engagement, Media) to establish connected experiences that create commercial advantage for our clients.

 Role Summary

The Experience Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery of client projects and new business activity that span the full agency proposition, .

This will involve working in blended Digitas and client teams to define the challenges and / or opportunities, identify the most competitive response and support the delivery of this into the client organisation.

The outcome will typically be deliverables that align both client and internal stakeholders to enable delivery of agreed outputs and realisation of the desired commercial objectives. 

The nature of the work will range from individual desk-based work (e.g. research and documentation) to group activities (meetings and workshops).


  • Experience from Business consulting, including commercial modelling / business casing, demonstrating analytical capability
  • Worked in an agency or consultancy, with experience in any of financial, entertainment, retail, FMCG, and automotive sectors consider an advantage
  • Experience of learning / training development or delivery
  • Experience of projects relating to service design and / or innovation
  • Familiarity with marketing processes, terminology, and activities
  • Experience of change management initiatives and roadmap development
  • Understanding of digital products, ecosystem, and experience through previous work or personal experience
  • Experience of developing consumer facing propositions and experience maps / journeys
  • A natural curiosity and genuine enthusiasm in business and digital topics, with a willingness to learn and be self-guided where necessary
  • Holistic mindset, with analytical approach to thinking plus an ability to consider and understand the big picture when answering a challenge or question
