As an Analyst on our Digital Product Management team, you will assist in managing a product roadmap for a set of features from inception through implementation. You will document requirements, help establish key performance metrics, and assist in driving execution on a range of digital projects within our client portfolio. You’ll collaborate with our internal teams on the design, development, and testing of world-class digital initiatives. Having experience with AI technologies or an eagerness to learn and apply AI solutions will be a strong advantage for this role.

Overview of a day in the life:
Partnering with creative teams to identify digital solutions to business problems
Developing user stories and epics to describe how a technology solution would function
Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues
Partnering with Technical Leads and Quality Assurance to ensure high quality and timely development and delivery
Researching and integrating AI-based tools or features into digital solutions, where applicable
Traits and skills we’re looking for:
Has a natural curiosity for technology and is always learning
Is innovative and has a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Is intrigued with how brands use technology to engage with consumers
Has a basic understanding of or willingness to learn about AI concepts and their applications in digital products
Is fascinated by creativity and “what if?” thinking
Is not afraid to ask questions and offer suggestions
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
