To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding Sr Associate, Account/Project Management – a digital producer with a passion for using collaboration, the creative process and emerging technologies to produce world-class interactive experiences for our clients. You’ll help create dynamic digital experiences and integrated campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. Our project work includes experience design and development, digital and social media campaigns, digital partnership activations and promotions, eCommerce and CMS implementations, CRM programs and branded content. As a Sr Associate, you will help develop and execute the plans that allow our teams to create exciting work and endeavor to make the work better. We are looking to fill an open position on the Field Partner Team of one of our clients. This position will be based in Atlanta - however the full team is located in New York, with other team members in Boston and Denver. This is a client facing role with a mix of in person and virtual interactions.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- Maintaining our strong client relationship is critical to this role
- Managing client expectations and solving for issues
- Capable of juggling many campaign execution details at once
- Ability to work and thrive in a virtual environment
- Acts as day-to-day contact for Comcast Central clients
- Responsible for ensuring Central locally activates campaigns which include TV, DRTV, radio, print, and digital tactics
- Collects and consolidates Central campaign needs and details (offers, expiration dates, legal, specs, tactics, call to action)
- Manages the client communication and delivery details around all campaigns
Creates and maintains DRTV matrix (markets, stations, phone numbers, ISCI codes etc.) as well as entering into campaign planning tools
- Fields new creative requests from Central and presents to NY Account team in form of a brief or using request process templates and documents
- Collect all necessary traffic documents needed for talent payment processing
Day-to-day, your role includes:
· Both supporting large initiatives and also leading smaller projects independently
· Setting up projects for success (right team, properly planned, client alignment)
· Keeping clients and internal teams moving in the same direction
· Anticipating the needs of your projects, heading off potential pitfalls
· Removing barriers to success for the team
· Actively seeking and sharing knowledge with your project teams and within the Project Management capability
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
· A four-year degree
· Working examples that demonstrate leadership and diligence
· 2+ years of Account Management/Project Management, Marketing or related experience
· PMP and/or CSM Certification (or desire to get this) preferred
· Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)
