Overview

We are seeking a Vice President / Director, Technology to play a senior role in shaping, defining, and delivering complex, data-driven marketing and technology initiatives for large enterprise clients. This role partners closely with Solution Architects, Technology Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear, scalable technology solutions across CRM, identity resolution, personalization, and AI-enabled capabilities. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology design, and execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and definition efforts, translating business goals into clear functional and technical requirements across CRM, personalization, identity, data, and analytics use cases.
  • Partner closely with the Solution Architect and Technology Lead to shape solution intent, validate feasibility, and ensure architectural decisions align with business objectives.
  • Own and maintain core delivery artifacts including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data definitions.
  • Analyze customer, campaign, and operational performance to inform prioritization, decision-making, and optimization of technology-enabled experiences.
  • Serve as a senior liaison between business stakeholders, data science, engineering, media, creative, and external technology partners to maintain alignment on scope, priorities, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive and support Agile delivery practices including backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency management, and release readiness using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Guide testing and validation activities, partnering with QA and business teams to define acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing for complex, data-driven capabilities.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across people, process, and technology, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to technology roadmaps, operating models, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure solutions scale sustainably and deliver long-term value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 8–12+ years of experience spanning business analysis, digital product management, or technology delivery on large-scale enterprise or agency-led initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience working across CRM platforms, personalization workflows, and identity resolution solutions (e.g., COREid, RampID, UID 2.0 or similar identity frameworks).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to validate assumptions and inform decisions.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise marketing technology ecosystems, including Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Campaign, AEM, Analytics) and complex martech integrations.
  • Proven experience working in Agile delivery models with hands-on use of JIRA, Confluence, and modern SDLC practices.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused narratives.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience supporting AI-driven marketing, advanced analytics, or personalization initiatives at enterprise scale.
  • Background working in consulting or agency environments supporting Fortune 500 or global clients.
  • Understanding of customer data privacy, consent management, and identity governance considerations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience contributing to intake, governance, or operating models that enable scalable delivery across teams and partners.
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis, product management, or Agile delivery are a plus.

Compensation Range: $168,150 - $257,712 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
