Job Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
As Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for campaign management activities such as campaign set-up, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. You’ll identify and implement optimizations based on data analysis/trends and provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation. You will also provide guidance and assist in training analysts. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues with publishers/platforms when they arise to find solutions. You will work within the full Commerce team to report results and foster client and vendor relationships.
Most importantly, you must possess a strong inner drive to bring your knowledge and experience of managing display and full funnel campaigns across retailers and retail media networks. Campaigns include hands-on self-serve as well as direct buys with retailers including, but not limited to: Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, Target, Walgreens, CVS, etc.
Day to day your role includes:
- Executing, managing, and optimizing all digital media campaigns and programs for agency clients, including platform media buying as well as direct-to-publisher programs, both independently and in support of Managers
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with platform and publisher partners in the industry – assist analyst in management of publisher/platform relationships
- Ensuring that media deliverables meet and align with client goals and objectives
- Assisting in the development of program strategies and analyses for clients (e.g., keyword recommendation, day-parting, timing/scheduling strategy) and overseeing the translation of these strategies into final media recommendations
- Lead retailer and vendor RFPs, with attention to audience targeting strategy and use of best practices.
- Handling daily campaign maintenance, including pacing and performance, as well as troubleshooting and optimization – guide analyst in proper procedures and be available resource for them
- Assisting in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports
- Contributing to the assessment of media offerings available and the formulation of proposals for new opportunities
- Managing Prisma campaign set up, platform insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
- Trafficking campaign tags into platform environments
- Running the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance
- Providing monthly auditing reports to agency partners and actualizing bill/pay systems when applicable
- Participating in regular sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
- Demonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign life-cycle
- Be strategic partner to any off-shore resources – ensure closely aligned on all tasks between onshore and offshore analysts and be point of contact for questions
Outside of day-to-day
- Develop and/or provide feedback on slides for client presentations when required
- Own speaking to precision updates on internal/client statuses
- Keep up to date on industry trends and send highlights to greater team when applicable
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests as they come through
Qualifications
We’re looking for a media ninja, which typically includes:
- 2-4 years of programmatic digital ad experience, at an advertising agency, publisher, or ad tech provider.
- Strong familiarity with the digital environment and a clear understanding of media planning and buying process (multi-channel knowledge and Criteo, Target, Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, etc. display experience preferred)
- Knowledge of media planning and programmatic buying, and familiarity with TheTradeDesk or similar buying platforms.
- Strong data management/analytical skills – able to find the story in the data and bring forward in a digestible way
- Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong knowledge of DSP platforms and active campaign optimization experience
- The ability to organize and manage detailed work
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, and above all, kind when relating to others
- A four-year college degree

Additional Information
Compensation Range: $66,120 - $101,790. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
