We are looking for a Digital Account Manager with excellent project management, coordination and account management skills. Following is the JD:

Job Description

• ✦Lead the day to day coordination of client projects & Serve as first point of contact for client side business units
• ✦Demonstrate strong communication skills – be the connective tissue between multiple teams on the client side
• ✦Contribute to client presentations and meetings, including presentation of data and results
• ✦Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s products, competition, industry and marketing objectives; and be able to guide team to translate them into performance strategies across search and other performance channels
• ✦Oversee the translation of these strategies into final media recommendations
• ✦Own budgeting process, creation of projections and allocation
• ✦Establish practices to ensure both consistencies in team-work, along with flexibility to flourish under new ideas
• ✦Identify gaps / inefficiencies in a timely manner and create improved processes
• ✦Grow best practice training to inspire knowledge sharing within immediate team and also client side

• ✦Minimum of 6 years of digital & account management experience
• ✦Digital knowledge (across Social, Search & Programmatic) and account management skills.
• ✦The dynamic and fast-paced nature would require a mix of creative and analytical skills in order to drive results across the client.
• ✦With this role aligned to a insurance client, it would be important that you have a desire to work on a insurance brand and that you understand how insurance consumers think, feel and behave in relation to products and services.
