OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager with excellent project management, coordination and account management skills. Following is the JD:

Job Description

  • Lead the day to day coordination of client projects & Serve as first point of contact for client side business units
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills – be the connective tissue between multiple teams on the client side
  • Contribute to client presentations and meetings, including presentation of data and results
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s products, competition, industry and marketing objectives; and be able to guide team to translate them into performance strategies across search and other performance channels
  • Oversee the translation of these strategies into final media recommendations
  • Own budgeting process, creation of projections and allocation
  • Establish practices to ensure both consistencies in team-work, along with flexibility to flourish under new ideas
  • Identify gaps / inefficiencies in a timely manner and create improved processes
  • Grow best practice training to inspire knowledge sharing within immediate team and also client side

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 6 years of digital & account management experience
  • Digital knowledge (across Social, Search & Programmatic) and account management skills.
  • The dynamic and fast-paced nature would require a mix of creative and analytical skills in order to drive results across the client.
  • With this role aligned to a insurance client, it would be important that you have a desire to work on a insurance brand and that you understand how insurance consumers think, feel and behave in relation to products and services.
