The Client Services team own, manage & develop client relationships for the agency. We are our client’s voice in the agency and make sure that all the work we do together is delivered with integrity.
We are looking to boost our team working on one of the world's largest snack companies. You will be working with some of the agency’s best talent to make award worthy work across VOD, radio, OOH, DOOH, web and social.
You will be responsible for the day today management of clients, building happy, strong, honest and profitable client relationships at board level (or one below). You will manage projects from kick-off to delivery on time, on budget, and on brief. You will contribute to the running of the team and support new business pitches where appropriate. You will be responsible for the account management of one or more clients, helping them understand how digital can help create competitive advantage for the business.
Experience in creating & managing marketing, creative or technology projects, from communications campaigns to web development projects.
