DigitasLBi promises higher level in the Nordic countries
After several years of working closely together across five Nordic offices, DigitasLBi Nordics has taken the final steps towards becoming one Nordic agency with one joint organizational structure, one management team and shared finances.
In addition to an organizational change, a new head of office will move into Copenhagen as the current director moves into an international role.
Bettina Sherain, CEO of DigitasLBi Nordics says that the motivation for one Nordic agency is to serve the agency's customers in the best way possible.
“By being one Nordic agency our customers have access to 250 specialists across creative, technology, data and media. We know from our customers, both across the Nordics and internationally, that our ability to offer deep expertise in scalable and composite teams is essential. Secondly, we believe that it is a prerequisite for creating innovative, intelligent and consistent user experiences across the customer journey. Equally important, of course, is that our employees have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in all five Nordic offices.”

Along with the establishment of one official Nordic agency, there is also a change to the leadership team of the agency’s Copenhagen office. Mari-Ann Herloff Mortensen started as director on 1 August 2016. She comes from a position as Director of Client & Market Development at Valtech.
