Overview

Senior Vice President/Group Account Director - Account Management

 

 

You’ll help to define our product strategy, bringing Digitas AI powered offerings to market with clear positioning, smart pricing, and real business impact. You’ll partner across strategy, account, creative, data, and technology to turn client problems into scalable products and packages we can confidently sell.

Day to day, your role includes:

  • Defining and articulating our POV on Generative AI and modern marketing operations, translating fast moving industry shifts into clear, practical guidance for clients and internal teams
  • Owning product strategy for AI offerings, including use cases, requirements, success metrics, and iteration plans
  • Building and maintaining the commercial model, including pricing frameworks, packaging (productized services), margin targets, and value based narratives
  • Leading client facing problem solving through systems thinking, working with our DPMs to map workflows, constraints, and dependencies to identify where AI can drive real efficiency, quality, and growth
  • Developing sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one pagers, case studies, demo scripts, and ROI calculators to help teams sell the agency and our products
  • Driving business growth through product adoption, identifying whitespace opportunities, supporting new business efforts, and expanding accounts by turning successful pilots into repeatable offerings
  • Delivering strategic presentations and recommendations that are concise, actionable, and grounded in both AI capability and client reality
  • Connecting to broader agency intellectual capital, bringing best practices, partner ecosystems, and emerging tools into client engagements and product development
  • Building the bench, mentoring teams on GenAI fluency, encouraging non traditional talent, and helping recruit the right mix of product, strategy, and technical thinkers
  • Willingness to travel as needed, because big conversations still happen faster when you are in the room

 

 

Qualifications

 

We’re looking for a talented Senior VP/Group Account Director with impressive work experience, including:

  • A demonstrated powerful passion for AI, marketing and proven success in bringing the best work to life
  • Four years of college education, an MBA degree and 15+ years of experience, including a strong, established history of interactive experience and client leadership in integrated marketing or a digital scope
  • A refined understanding of how marketing, creative, planning, media, technology and analytics integrate
  • Superior analytical skills, strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive marketing knowledge across media, including Mobile and Social
  • An impressive, demonstrated ability to effectively grow existing client relationships

Compensation Range: $180,215 - $286,832, annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
