DIGITAS OPENS ITS DOORS IN LATIN AMERICA

In its constant search to offer its clients integrated Digital solutions and best in class capabilities, Publicis Groupe announced today the launch of Digitas in Latin America. Digitas is The Connected Marketing agency relentlessly committed to helping brands better connect with people through Truth, Connection and Wonder. Earlier this year Digitas removed the “LBi,” and defined a new brand proposition rebranding across the globe. That momentum has now arrived in Latin America as Digitas officially launched and opened its doors in Argentina, Colombia and Peru. “Publicis Groupe is known as the leader in Digital transformation at a Global level. Launching Digitas is a unique opportunity because we are able to bring together our diverse capabilities to make better Digital connections and realize ambitious outcomes in these markets. Digitas in Latin America has already experienced organic growth and is already working with clients such as Diageo, Interbank, Beiersdorf, Mondelēz, Sura, Visa, Renault and Puntos Colombia. The team in Argentina will be led by Managing Director Franco Luca, in Colombia by Managing Director Luis Pittol, and in Peru by CEO Carmen Corrales. All of the above are newly-appointed leaders of Digitas and are already in their new roles and are fully operational in their respective markets.
