Programmatic Director

The remit of the Associate Director of Programmatic is to work with the PlatformGSK account managers and other programmatic team members to deliver impactful campaigns for GSK EMEA.

The successful candidate will work with our self–serve DSPs and other programmatic technology partners to deliver best in class programmatic campaigns. The main DSPs will include; DBM, The TradeDesk, MediaMath and TubeMogul.

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely delivery of Programmatic Display and Video campaigns, and prioritizing campaign delivery appropriately for the Programmatic team
  •  Ensuring campaign pacing is monitored consistently in order to ensure budgets are spent accordingly without under/over-delivery.
  • Responsible for working with the Programmatic account teams to recommend appropriate programmatic strategies and identify suitable approaches for creating and deploying campaigns
  •  Mentor more junior members of the team, and help with their development
  •  Provide clear recommendations for agency planning teams in response to brief
  • Work with internally managed buying platforms to activate campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse performance to provide recommendations on approaches to drive improvement

CUALIFICACIONES

Ideally you will be in a Senior Manager or Associate Director role within agency or client side.

  • Ability to engage with clients and other team members to effectively and confidently communicate programmatic strategies and performance feedback
  • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills with the ability to identify and escalate as necessary
  • The candidate will be expected to have an in-depth understanding of programmatic capabilities and how to define, segment and target people online across various DSP platforms and channels
