Lead Business Analyst


As a Lead Business Analyst, you will lead the requirements gathering and product backlog definition on digital marketing technology projects, potentially managing other business analysts on the project. You will remain hands on, engaging directly with client stakeholders to define business, operational, functional and non-functional requirements and to guide the delivery of the features within the release plan.

Our Lead Business Analysts use their craft and people skills to provide leadership to internal teams (local and distributed) and stakeholders in the face of complex challenges. 


  • Translating business requirements and business-level acceptance criteria into epics, user stories, and tasks, with associated acceptance criteria and supporting documents for technical implementation
  • Understanding the technical context (external systems, legacy components and pre-selected technologies) within which solutions must fit, and managing client requirements that are incompatible with this context
  • Conducting requirements analysis, including identifying relevant systems (components, dependencies, architecture, constraints), creating data maps (sources, flows, constraints), and creating summary documentation.
  • Managing stakeholders by confidently gathering, challenging and honing requirements
  • Leading workshops with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and/or working sessions
  • Negotiating and reviewing priorities, scope, and detail with stakeholders, ensuring technical and business alignment
