Your tenacious spirit will act as the driving force to ensuring that Digitas; your agency, is best represented during crucial prospecting and pitch processes.

Reporting in to the Head of New Business and with full support from a New Business Executive and New Business Designer, we will ensure you have all of the tools you need to do your best work; work that you are proud of and work that makes a big difference to our agency and our clients.

As New Business Manager your responsibilities will span 4 key areas; Process, Information Sharing and Showcasing, Lead Generation and Prospecting Strategy Support and Reporting.

This role is a 12 month maternity cover, with the potential to extend or become permanent.

QUALIFICHE

Examples of your key responsibilities include;

  • Accessing new leads and opportunities and leading initial phases and submissions in the pitch process including tailored credentials, RFI and RFP
  • Guide pitch teams on best practice and delivery of highest quality outputs
  • You will take full ownership of all Digitas collateral; your organised nature will ensure that all of our case-studies and stock files are up to date, and that our intermediary showcases are kept fresh and relevant.
  • You will collaborate with marketing teams and develop targeted marketing materials, which will play a crucial part in placing Digitas front and centre with our core prospects
  • Your experience, eye for detail, strong organisational skills and ability to respond to ad-hoc reporting requests will act as a crucial support to the Head of New Business and Manager Partner
