We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager for our CRM team. You’ll have great integrated experience and brilliant relationship skills – perfect for working on some of our highest profile clients at DigitasLBi. We're looking for a dynamic account handler who is able to work across a number of projects simultaneously, has a ‘sleeves rolled-up’ attitude and who isn’t afraid of taking on new challenges.

The nature of the business is fast paced and exciting, and requires an Account Manager who is driven, adaptable and capable of delivering campaigns. You’ll also feel comfortable taking ownership of the client relationships, from brief to end delivery, including managing the project managers responsible for delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Smooth running of the CRM accounts and all project deliverables – including emails, video content
  • Run the day to day client relationship, making sure that all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely way.
  • Ensure that all the work we deliver is of high quality, on time and on budget
  • Stay on top of what your client’s competitors are doing and share insights with the client/agency teams
  • Contribute to projects from concept to end of project review – including collating results, writing case studies and sharing learnings with client/agency teams
  • Work collaboratively with cross-discipline teams. Actively contribute to the Client Services & portfolio teams, participating in regular meetings & training

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in an agency Account Management role
  • Digital experience encompassing work across at least one of the following areas as well as email communications: platform development, mobile, data & analytics, communications campaigns, social campaigns
  • Degree educated, or equivalent
  • Appreciation of data and how insight can be used to help drive our clients’ businesses.
  • Experience in CRM, email, use of a marketing automation tool – like Marketo, Adobe Campaign, IBM Campaign etc
