The Role:
As our Account Director at Digitas, you will be at the strategic and operational helm across diverse accounts and projects. You’ll lead client relationships, inspire creative development, and foster business growth. You will work across the entire Digital eco-system, crafting connected experiences from Commerce to CX and CRM. Your mission is to seamlessly blend strategy, creativity, and technology to deliver growth for both our clients and Digitas.
In this role you will also be a vital member in our national Account Services team, ensuring seamless collaboration between our diverse and experienced team members.
Reporting into the Chief Client Partner, you ll get to:
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, cultivating strong client relationships for long-term growth.
Direct client programs alongside the Delivery Team, ensuring flawless delivery across creative, data, tech, and production.
Transform client needs into actionable briefs, advocating for bold, effective solutions.
Confidently guide conversations, present work eloquently, and lead client meetings to achieve tangible outcomes.
Proactively identify and expand opportunities, from new projects to innovative problem-solving.
Enhance the Digitas presence among commerce clients, unlocking the full potential of our network, from CRM to content, and beyond.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, bringing innovative ideas and curiosity to every client interaction.
Steward budgets, timelines, and forecasts, ensuring exceptional value delivery.
The person we’re looking for has:
Over 6 years relevant experience in a creative, digital, or integrated agency, with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams and client partnerships.
In-depth knowledge of the Commerce, CX, and CRM landscape, well-versed at transforming insights into strategic opportunities.
A natural opportunity hunter who elevates partnerships with foresight and strategic imagination.
Possesses balanced intelligence—analytical, emotional, and commercial—able to interpret reports or room dynamics with clarity.
Exceptional organizational techniques, with the experience to adapt quickly while maintaining excellence.
Outstanding communication and influence techniques, you enjoy successfully guiding multidisciplinary teams and inspiring clients.
