Our CEO has authored an essay for the year ahead in technology for Campaign Magazine

The essay is titled ‘Humanity in tech will make its presence felt.’

Jen discusses the challenges faced by businesses and the importance of being ready to pivot accordingly.

She says that in a year that will be defined by financial upheaval, we will be seeing savvy brands over-investing in being helpful by using tech to facilitate a human-centred approach, engaging audiences across their channels when it’s most useful. Additionally, Jen touches on AI and machine learning, and the importance of understanding Total Effectiveness: the broader impact of marketing efforts beyond the commercial, widening the lens to consider sustainable, societal and equitable impact too.

Jen goes on to say, “Despite all challenges, I believe in the power of humanity and technology and I’m optimistic about the year ahead with my new Digitas UK team”.
