Words by our CEO, Jennifer Berry, who sat down with Creative Salon's Co-Founder/editor, Sonoo Singh, to talk about our mission to rebuild the agency as a 'unicorn'. Jen joined our agency early this year, bringing in a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective as our new CEO.

Central to Jen's leadership approach is fostering a culture of empathy and strength. She has dedicated her initial 90 days to connecting individually with every member of our 400+ strong team of unicorns, valuing their perspectives and harnessing collective brilliance. Jen has also appointed key new hires including our Chief Growth Officer, Sarah Hackett, and our newly appointed Chief Creative Officer, Carren O'Keefe, to amplify our growth ambitions and infuse our agency with fresh thinking.
