What's next for MarTech in the coming 12 months?

Our Technical Director (MarTech), Kerry Dawes, shared her views with ExchangeWire on what's next for MarTech in the coming 12 months for the Industry Review 2023.

Kerry says that businesses need to “tackle the MarTech problem to create a truly seamless experience for their customers”. She goes on to say that “bringing together marketing, advertising tech and data are essential to enable teams to deliver those seamless, cross-channel experiences”, adding that it's key to take a “holistic view to ensure there's a customer-centricity in how teams operate, how performance is measured and how businesses are organised”.
