To help brands understand increasingly sophisticated shopper behaviour, Digitas has launched, for the fifth consecutive year, a study of consumer behaviour in 15 countries: Australia, Belgium, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong-Kong, India, Italy, Holland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, UK and USA.
This year the study was focused uniquely on shoppers who had declared a purchase in the last 30 days, in order to analyze in depth the context of the purchase.
