Role & Responsibilities

As a Group Account Manager in the Account Management Department, you are a senior partner to both your clients and your internal teams. You will lead multiple account teams to deliver complex digital and technology-led projects; spanning websites, apps, platforms, or bespoke technology solutions, while driving client business growth and unlocking new business opportunities.

You will build and nurture senior client relationships, translate client business objectives into actionable digital strategies and roadmaps, and ensure your teams deliver exceptional work on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. In addition to overseeing project delivery, you will actively contribute to organic account growth and lead strategic conversations and presentations with senior internal and external stakeholders.

This role suits experienced digital account personnel who combines hands-on delivery expertise with strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a collaborative approach to unlock growth for both clients and the agency.
