Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements.
- Prioritize these requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Process Mapping and Improvement:
- Conduct analysis of current business processes.
- Develop and refine models for both current and future states to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts through effective communication.
Solution Design and Validation:
- Engage in the design and validation of technical solutions.
- Ensure these solutions meet thorough business needs.
Project Management Support:
- Assist project managers in planning and tracking project progress.
- Document project status and report to relevant stakeholders.
Change Management:
- Develop change management strategies.
- Manage implementation, including training and post-support activities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze and report on data, ensuring integrity for informed decision-making.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to regulations.
- Identify and manage risks associated with technology projects.
