Overview

Are you a Content Strategist who sees the whole system? Someone who gets excited about turning complexity into clarity and architecting the future of how content and AI work together? Good. We’re looking for a leader like you.

This isn’t an editorial gig. This is a strategic role for someone who can craft a vision, build content ecosystems, and lead teams to make it all real. You’ll be at the heart of massive digital transformation projects, designing the content models, IA, and AI-powered conversational experiences that will define what’s next for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to expert for our teams and clients, guiding them through the thorniest content challenges with a clear, compelling vision.
  • Own the end-to-end process for making content work, from audits and ecosystem maps to governance that sticks.
  • Architect the scaffolding for incredible experiences, creating and evolving information architecture, content models, and taxonomy structures.
  • Craft the strategic frameworks—from voice & tone to systemized content patterns—that ensure quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate deeply with our Experience Design, Product, and Dev teams, because you know that’s where the magic happens.
  • Dive headfirst into the future, co-leading conversation strategy for chat, voice, and the next generation of agentic AI.
  • Get your hands dirty building dialogue flows, interaction scripts, and the guardrails that make automated conversations feel human.
  • Put your deep understanding of LLMs to work, navigating everything from prompting and context windows to hallucination risks and model limitations.
  • Architect the systems behind the conversation, from intent taxonomies and entity structures to the AI content pipelines that power it all.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in content strategy, UX writing, content design, or similar strategic roles, with a background in an agency or consulting environment.
  • A portfolio that showcases your experience designing large-scale, enterprise-level content systems and solving real user problems.
  • A deep expertise in the foundations: content architecture, IA, governance, lifecycle management, and multi-channel planning.
  • Proven experience in the future of content: You’re a pro in conversation strategy and design, you understand the behavior of LLMs, and you have experience with conversational AI platforms (like chatbots, voice assistants, and agentic systems).
  • The ability to translate massively complex systems into simple, compelling stories that get everyone on board.
  • A love for working in fast-paced environments where you can riff, ideate, and build with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Informed opinions, loosely held.
  • A skill or passion we wouldn’t have thought to list here.
