Overview
The Ad Operations Associate works internally providing trafficking and account management operational support to client teams. You ll collaborate with the team and effectively perform tactical work implementing advertising campaigns for clients and focus on problem solving, multi-tasking and managing multiple timelines. This role might also require you to be client-facing down the road.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team to support client deliverable deadlines; works on assigned projects and consistently meets deadlines.
- Support internal client team with campaign launches, QA of placements, creative and tracking.
- Support with Customer Targeting, discrepancy resolution, branding survey integration and action tag creation/troubleshooting.
- Review all campaigns to ensure correct setup - follow creative tech specifications like publisher specific pixel sizing, tags, etc.
- Manage creative assets and upload to appropriate systems
- Ensure compliance of taxonomy, restrictions, campaign names, url testing, tag performance
- Assist with the creative management process.
- Perform pre-launch creative QA.
- Facilitate action tag creation/implementation/QA.
- Initiate communications with external partners to investigate campaign issues
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in digital technology, advertising, public relations or marketing.
- Ability to effectively support the internal client team with client deliverables.
- Proven attention to detail and client service
- Effectively collaborated and worked as part of an internal team.
- Avidly broaden technical knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrated strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Experience working with Google Campaign Manager and InVID, as well as ability to work through Excel
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university.

Compensation Range: $49,300- $65,400 year This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
